Kantoorerupties ( office eruptions)
Kantoorerupties targets organizations with a hybrid work structure, where employees due to limited time spent in the office have partly lost their connection to the workspace and to each other. This intervention helps them reconnect and feel at home again.
The project combines theatrical performance with an interactive workshop, in which the physical office environment is playfully explored, and existing work patterns are temporarily disrupted.
Following the performance, employees are invited to engage in the workshop, where they experiment with breaking fixed structures, roles, and routines.
The intervention aims to foster dialogue and a sense of connection, while raising awareness around vitality, workplace enjoyment, and collaboration.
